As a certified personal trainer, she specializes in guiding clients through fitness plateaus and achieving their desired outcomes. Jayme is an ardent enthusiast of the Seven Minutes program, recognizing its exceptional effectiveness and constant evolution in maintaining motivation. With a keen interest in culinary exploration, she delights in discovering and sharing healthy and delicious recipes with her clients, emphasizing holistic well-being that extends beyond physical fitness.
